The work of these artists have been occasions for leisure, entertainment, learning and teaching our traditions and customs. Without our musicians, our wakes, funerals, burials, sackcloth, Sessekous, Ekandim Nkandas and Manyangaroh’s coronations will be insipid. Our hope is that through these awards, we will impose our culture to the world and create revenue to our division as people will like to visit for studies and other needs. We want to start attracting tourism with our culture.
